My favorite flower of all time is the Rosa Rugosa. It pops up everywhere and I find the smell of the rose intoxicating. It can often be found along shorelines, from Nantucket to the Northeast coast of Scotland. It also borders many of my favorite trails around my hometown in Colorado. Everytime I see it and in the summer, smell it, I see the world through a rose colored lens.
